Wildcats Class of 1968

HEALTH ISSUES

Please refer to  "Emails from Alan 10.23.25 News from DPHS68" for the latest updates on Gary Farmer and Cheryl (pollock) Blakeman. The class alumni leadership has taken the position that we do not share health information about other classmates without specific approval from the ill classmate or his/her close family member(s). Health situations are very personal, and individuals have different preferences about sharing information regarding their health. If any of you are willing to share information, we are willing and anxious to cooperate in whatever manner that you desire. You can contact me, Linda (Vance) Buken or Mary Jo (Langhorst) Davis directly. You should know how to reach any of us.  Sadly, as we age, health challenges will typically be present for each of us.

Spring Grove Cemetery Tram Tour: Everyone had such a good time on the bus tour that we have decided to continue the fun by having our next gathering also be an excursion.  On Wednesday, November 5th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. we will be doing a tram tour at Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum (4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45232).  The tour we have selected is ‘Spring Grove’s History & Heritage Tour’.  Please refer to "Emails from Alan, 9.3.25 Special Event" on the menu bar for the details.

Check out the Wildcat News Feed!  As a rule of thumb, we do not post personal or private information on the Home Page as it is the only page available to the public.  You will need to login with your username and password for all other pages. Any classmate can post there if you have health updates or any other information you would like to share.

VISIT TO RAPTOR INC.

We have been discussing a visit to RAPTOR INC.  You can visit their website at: https://www.raptorinc.org/. Read Alan's latest email on the left menu bar for more information. This sounds like a fun activity.  If you have any suggestions for activities, please let us know.

WE'RE AD FREE!!

This made my day.  Thanks to everyone who gave their opinion, we listened and we are finally ad free! You also asked if there was a way to put a shortcut on your smart phone.  Why.... yes there is.  And it's not that hard.  Check this link if you want to add a shortcut to your phone.

WEBSITE IMPROVEMENTS

We recognize that our “old” website address (which will still work) of https://www.classcreator.com/Deer-Park-Ohio-1968/, was difficult to remember, long and definitely “clunky.”  At our last class gathering at Chicken on the Run (11/9) the group agreed to change our website address.  It's dphs68.com

WHERE ARE WE NOW

It's amazing to see how spread out our class is!  Here's a map of those who have registered for this site.

Alma Mater Deer Park High School, Proudly we do thee acclaim.
In our memories forever, We will keep they worthy name.
Alma Mater, Alma Mater, In they praise our voices raise.
We revere thee and cheer thee, Alma Mater Deer Park High
